Establishing neonatal mouse cardiomyocyte cultures as a model system to study the role of mechanical stress in cardiomyopathies
- 1 August 2013 to 31 March 2014
- Awards: Pump-priming Awards
The technique of culturing neonatal mouse cardiommyocytes was established. It help to address mechanistic questions, e.g. how a cardiomyopathy mutation is degraded.
