- Features: 3 buffer channels, direct sample loading including bubble sensor, UV and conductivity meter, fraction collector for 12 ml tubes (0.1 - 5 ml).
- Columns available (with permission) Anion (Q-FF) and cation (S-FF) exchange, Nickle NTA His trap, HIC, gel filtration column (sepadex 200), Hydroxyappatate.
- Other compatible columns: Protein A/G affinity columns for monoclonal antibody purification.
