- Three lasers: green, red and far red
- LED for imaging nuclei
- Four objectives: 10x, 20x, 40x and 63x
- Immunofluorescence imaging of fixed samples (tissue sections, whole cells, subcellular compartments)
- A 20x water dipping lens for live imaging is also available
Human induced pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyocytes stained with alpha-actinin sarcomeric marker in green. Use of 63x oil objective.
Cryosections of mouse tissue stained for a sarcomeric marker (red), and an intercalated disk marker in blue. The protein of interest (filamin C, in green), localises to the intercalated disks. Use of 20x objective.
