Manhattan++
This software plots genome wide association summary statistics, and generates a transposed Manhattan plot on the left and lead variant summary and annotation on the right, along with additional features like variant consequence and minor allele frequency. Each cell block corresponds to all variants within coordinate and p-value region. Software displays these blocks as a heatmap based on configured colour scheme. Blocks that contain variant(s) with high impact and/or low MAF are highlighted using a bubble. The software also gives flexibility on how and where the user wants to display the annotations. The software can be downloaded from CRAN repository and also from the GitHub project page.
